What's NewCool Roof - $500 SOLAR CREDIT! Home owners may claim up to a $500 tax credit from the installation of cool roofs until December 31st, 2020! These are roofs with a high solar reflectance, which keep homes cool and reduce cooling energy costs. Homeowners may retroactively claim this tax credit by filling out IRS form 5695. SDI Certificate Ideal Roofing is now a member of the Steel Deck Institute. Founded in 1939, the Steel Deck Institute is formed by a group of steel deck manufacturers to promote the use of steel roof and floor decking, and to provide standards and guidance for their engineering, design, manufacture, and installation. Our facilities has passed the SDI’s plant certification program to ensure the fabrication of quality steel decking. 
ULC Approvals The composite Steel Deck products, ICD150/151 and ICD300/301, are now compliant with the Standards for Safety, CAN/ULC S-101-14, Fire Endurance Test of Building Construction and Materials.
